Description: The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for an etching, I assume original. "The Road to Cataract Falls". The item has a penciled signature, not sure if hand signed or printed with etching as well. The right side under etching says Kenneth J. Reeve. On the left in quotes, The Road to Cataract Falls. An appropriate piece for the upcoming winter. I assume a covered bridge with snow and trees and nature's beauty. The etching is matted on a white board, partially shrink wrapped. Right side of wrap has torn off and board is torn on top and bottom corners. The wrap is missing. Some of the edge is maybe yellowed. Etching itself seems undamaged and protected. Info on backside about the artist and etching. It's called an aqua tint etching, which I think this is. Cardboard on backside under the mat and bent corners on the backside board on the same side exposed to the front. Yellowing on shrinkwrap itself. The white front side mat, left as found. Plastic can be buckled on front and back due to shrinkwrap. On backside, marked in blue, 12" X 15". Dirt on shrinkwrap on front. The left shrinkwrapped corners bent on both ends, more on top than bottom. A grease penciled and white sticker on right side front top written 195. The mat under wrap seems mainly ok. Yellowing is hard to tell due to covering. The only ones are the corners and areas with no plastic. When I measured the board, it seems larger, may be due to framing. The board itself could be warped till framed appropriately. The mat measures 15 1/8" X 12.5". Cut mat window is 8.25" X 5 3/8"
