It is a blue polka dot and pinstripe on white background with a red collar and cuffs with blue button closures. It's in excellent/near mint condition showing the mildest of wear from age and not playtime. It's absolutely adorable, there's no stains, rips or tears and all seams are tight. It's crisp and unwashed so no bleeding of colors. The original buttons are intact and secure.
