Description: Description- 3-12-12-8 Vintage Blown-Glass Top Hat with a Folded and beaded rim. Measures 3.75" tall x 6.25" across the top. Clear optical design, hand blown it has one scorpion on the bottom. In excellent condition no chips or cracks.
