A 1970s Heuer Autavia Viceroy model 1163V with the famous Heuer caliber 12 vintage chronograph watch. Has the original satin radiating finish on the top of the case. Very crisp look to this piece. All the dial lume plots are still present and the dial is crisp. Bezel has just the usual light wear around the edges, looks better than most. Back is clean with only light, small scratches. A Heuer vintage chronograph any serious collector should own. Very legible and bright dial. An excellent overall example. When reviewing the many photos, which serve as a large part of the description here, keep in mind they are all magnified 2.5X to clearly show the characteristics of this watch. But macro pictures exaggerate elements you won't notice as much in person. The watch is functioning as it should. The dial is in excellent preserved condition; what you see are reflections. Original fluted pushers and signed Heuer crown. The bi-directional bezel clicks sharply as it should. Has a rounded edges crystal with just tiny, light scratches. This watch will be due for a servicing soon after many years of storage, then ready to give you many years of carefree enjoyment.
