Description: This is a vintage wristwatch dating to circa 1960. This is beautiful, clean, and in good condition. This is similar to the model of Gruen watch that was worn by Sean Connery as James Bond in numerous movies including Dr. No, Goldfinger, From Russia With Love, and more. This has been professionally cleaned and checked. The watch runs well and keeps time. The time sets as it should. The case is gold plated with a stainless steel back and it is about 34mm wide not including the crown. It is about 40mm long to the tips of the lugs. The movement is a high quality Gruen caliber N510R and it has 17 jewels. The band is a new leather strap. The total length of the watch is about 10 inches. This uses a 17 to 18 mm band which could easily be replaced if you prefer a different style or length. The crystal is clean and clear and has no scratches. The original sunburst dial has patina as shown and is depicted accurately in the pictures. Please see my other listings...I am always listing rare watches and chronographs.
