Description: This vintage hardcover four-volume book set, "The History of England" comes in very good overall condition, with a few bumps and dents around the edges of the covers, wear to the gilt ornamentation on the spines, and very minor additional handling wear and soiling. Volume II has a hairline crack along the hinge of the front cover and spine (see pictures). The book set is a 1967 Heron Books printing of Lord Macaulay's History of England. The books have glossy red faux leather covers with gilt ornamented covers and spines, and attached yellow ribbon bookmarks.I have several great items listed, and would gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases.
