Vintage 1964 Fender Concert Blackface Amp

Description: Vintage 1964 Fender Concert, FEI, tube combo amp, used. This is a great example of an early 1964 Fender FEI Concert amp and sounds very full and tight. Clean examples of these tone monsters are getting harder to find and are only going up in value. Tube chart date code: NC (1964-March) Circuit: AA763 Fender Electrical Instrument CO. Serial Number: A 08319 (very early 1964) Power Transformer: 606-403Power Transformer ID: 125P7D Output Transformer: 606336 Output Transformer ID: 125A94 Choke: 606-4-02Choke ID: 125C1A Chassis stamp: AB1064 (1964) Cabinet stamp: AB1064 (1964) 4 x 10" Oxford 10K5-5 ceramic speakers, each having an additional stamp AB1064. Power tubes: 2 x 6L6 (Mesa)Pre-amp tubes: 3 x 7025/12AX7 and 1 x 12AT7 (Phillips/JAN) Potentiometers are original #304 Stackpoles. The bias pot is a #137 CTS. The amp has been fully serviced. Pots, jacks, tube sockets and switches have all been cleaned/lubed with Deoxit. All pots and jacks tightened as required. Filter electrolytics replaced. Pre-amp electrolytics replaced. The blue tone caps remain. The speaker wiring has been replaced. The tremolo works great. The cabinet has its minor share of nicks and scuffs. There is no delamination of the wood, no Tolex issues. Grill cloth is very nice for its age. The Fender tail logo is original to this amp. Original lower rear panel and original screws. Upper rear panel is a repro with original screws. A footswitch is included. The corners, chassis straps and handle are original. The glides appear to be reproductions. Knobs all appear to be original. Original 2 prong ac cord has been replaced with an upgraded 3 prong ground ac cord. Death Cap has been deleted. A Fender logo cover is included. Please!
