STÉRIMAR™ is the medicinal product recommended for children and adults: to clean and remove impurities (dust, mucus and allergens); to moisten nasal mucus and restore its natural moisture (damaged by heating and air conditioning); to prevent cold and rhinitis and to reduce risks of ear, nose and throat complications; to facilitate breathing. STÉRIMAR ™ can be used after nasal surgery. RECOMMENDED USAGE. First use: spray in the air first to activate the system. For hygiene and nasal mucus moistening: hold your head straight and insert the tip gently into a nostril. Spray short into each nostril 1−2 times. Let the excess liquid to flow out and blow your nose. For deeper cleaning of the nasal cavities: bend your head to a side and insert the tip into the nostril that is higher up. Press the tip for approximately 2-3 seconds. Let the excess liquid to flow out and blow your nose. Repeat the same with the other nostril. Use 2-6 times a day. Wash the tip with hot water and dry after each use. INGREDIENTS. STÉRIMAR™ is the physiological solution of sea water*, with the same salt content as in the cells of the human body.
