Description: *UPDATED PICTURES* RARE (1) Technics SE-TX100 Class AA power amplifier with the original box + packing foam These were the very first amplifiers to be THX certified in the 1980's and were sold as a high-end surround sound set up, 5-unit package, that featured (3)! separate SE-TX100 amps + preamp + AV selector. The complete sets are very difficult to find! The amps have a sort of Star Wars look to them, in my opinion. I affectionately refer to them as Vader amps. As far as I can tell, these are identical to the Technics SE-A50 amps, except they lack the mono/stereo switch on the back that allows for amp bridging.
