Description: For sale is a pair of framed hand painted tiles with landscape scenes, signed M. Singer. The framed pictures are 12 ¼ inches square; the visible portion of the tiles is about 5 ¾ inches square. One shows a snowy forest scene, and the other a barn and a stone wall in snow. Both are signed “M.SINGER” as shown. The tiles have elaborate wooden double frames with dark green velvet mats. They have paper back with hanging wires and rubber wall bumpers. Condition on the pictures is good. The tiles appear to be quite dirty, likely from smoke, and would be much brighter if carefully cleaned. The frames are in good shape; on back paper was cut and taped back down at some point! A very nice pair of painted wall tiles!
