It is better in all ways. But if you still want the original, we still have inventory. This is a bundled listing to help you save on shipping fees. This contains two items 1) Ergo 3D Handle includes two-piece handle and a Philips head screw. 2) Also included is the first generation Ergo 3D Hopper, shown in pictures above. The Powermatic 2 machine is NOT included and must be bought separately. Ergo 3D Handle info:Pulling down the lever on a Powermatic 2 / 2+ can be difficult. Especially if you are stricken with arthritis, carpel tunnel or other ailment. The handle is just plain too short and was designed so that it would just fit into the shipping box. The 3D printed Ergo Handle solves that challenge by making the handle longer/wider and thus easier to pull down. Simply fasten the two pieces together with the included screw. Use a Phillips head screw driver – if you have two left hands, then have a friend help you install it. Only takes around 10 seconds. The two piece lock together and will last the life of your machine. Each Ergo 3D Handle takes about 1-2 hrs to make on our 3D printer here in Allentown. Super fast shipping!! - Buyer: kenger65 ( 113)Ergo 3D Hopper info:Ergo 3D Tobacco hopper holds enough tobacco to make around a pack and half to two packs of cigarettes when sitting atop a Powermatic 2 cigarette injection machine. We 3D print these in NY and they take around 3~4 hours to make. We include a small tube of super glue so you can affix it onto the loading insert. The hopper makes quick work of rolling your own and will save you lots of time. (Refilling the machine stock takes much longer and makes a mess.) The design was painstakingly done in CAD, refined 7 times, and has a large mouth. Other hoppers on the market are hard to fill without making a huge mess on the table. (due to the top opening being too small). Care was taken to provide enough room for operation of the machine's lever and a large enough opening so the tobacco does not get hung up. If you choose, apply a few DROPS of the included *super glue on the outside of the L and R edges at the base to make it snug. (*Remove top insert from machine prior to gluing) There is no need to put any along the back side of the hopper. If you want to use Elmer's glue / painters tape they work as well to secure the hopper, (if you not quite ready to commit to the included super glue). Do not press down hard when gluing the hopper in place - this is plastic, not steel. You don't want to deflect the bottom plate when gluing. I can honestly say that once you glue it, you will really be happy with the performance and your investment.Happy rolling and saving 10x the cost of buying them in a store. P.S.
