According to the CGC census, there are only 14 copies graded 9.6 and just 5 slightly higher. This comic was rated 9.6 (Near Mint+) by CGC with "White Pages". Its most noticeable defect responsible for the grade is the name "John" written in pen at the top of the front cover.
