The quality of the workmanship and overall design point towards Moser, the famous Bohemian Czech glass decorator/maker. Not all Moser glass was signed and this piece has no signature. The metal collar and clasp are strong and snap close tightly. It measures 1 1/4" tall by 2" in diameter and it's in excellent condition.
