Description: This was found and excavated while metal detecting in Cape Cod. I personally dug this out of the ground carefully after seeing the bottle top sticking out of the sand at a beach here in Bourne, MA. It took me probably 30 minutes to dig it out and make sure I didn't damage it. I then cleaned out the sand and other contents and rinsed it out. I washed it lightly with a toothbrush, dawn, and warm water. It has some scratches of course as it was a recovered relic from the ground. There is a glass museum close by in New Bedford for glass and I called them and they feature pieces like this. Not sure of the exact value as a Google image search in any form yields similar, but not exact results. This bottle is older than most that look similar here on ebay. Very heavy for the size as the glass is extremely thick. It lasted that long in the elements so yeah... 100% positive feedback and my account is over a decade old. TRACKING INCLUDED!
