The miner also said almost all of pieces that I am listing can be made into cabochons or faceted and most have something he called “schiller.” He said schiller is something gem cutters want to see in Oregon Sunstone.Although I was told Oregon Sunstone would look much better if I photographed it wet, I photographed it dry to better show its true appearance.Almost all of the Oregon Sunstone I am selling for the miner is over 10 cts. I’m offering sunstone below the miner’s normal wholesale prices for rough. Several pieces of the Oregon Sunstone I’m selling are partially covered with the lava rock in which they were formed, the miner said there could be some real treasures beneath the lava rock.The photos in this listing have not been altered. I used only natural sunlight for the photos and I took several magnified photographs of this Oregon Sunstone hoping they will show every possible detail.Note: In the event of any typos in this listing, the item or items in the photos are the ones you will receive if you purchase this auction. Also, the lava rubs off easily, so the weight may be slightly different when the Oregon Sunstone arrives.I will happily combine shipping.
